A New Kitchen Functional and Organized
A New Kitchen Functional and Organized

Kitchens should be warm, bright, inviting, functional, and simply beautiful. If you have read my previous posts Sycnrodestiny, or How Keto Saved My Life, then you would understand why this post is aptly titled The Accidental Chef. If you haven’t read them, be sure to click the links and catch up!
My sister and I live together, and before its remodel, our kitchen was extremely dysfunctional. Designed for one person, it sadly lacked storage space, was very modest, and deeply uninspiring.
Now, it’s a highly functional work area that’s easy to keep clean with minimal effort. It’s practical, elegant and most of all, fun!
Kitchens should be social spaces that showcase the
poetry of cooking, where the cook and guests can
interact. – Ricardo Crooks
The new design is open, fluid, and awash in natural light. It’s a cozy country style with a natural stone floor and rough edge granite countertops punctuated with stainless steel appliances.
I Do All the Cooking Now
For the first time ever, I’m cooking and cleaning every day and loving it! – Ricardo Crooks
I guess a guy needs new toys or better tools to get excited about something? I know, because I used to be that guy, the one who loathed cooking and kitchen-related chores.
How I Reversed Type 2 Diabetes — In 7 Days!
I had to get off the pharmaceutical merry-go-round, or at least slow it down. So, I voraciously read everything I could about ketogenic, paleo, and plant-based diets. Today, my fasting blood sugar level is better than average, less than 100 mg/dL, and I’m Insulin-Free!
In just three months without exercising, I lost 50 pounds. The first 25 pounds came off quickly — in only seven days! The benefits of getting in and staying in a deeper state of keto.
I love to cook... Now I can't stop!
It’s like I discovered fire! Now, I even make homemade food for my dog Indy. He’s a 7-year-old Schnoxie, and he loves his raw, keto dog food! As it turns out, the ketogenic diet is beneficial for overweight pets and humans.
So, with my newly acquired culinary skills and love for global cuisine and ethnic flavors. I hope to share what I’ve learned about nutrition, organic foods, and healthier dietary options.

- Strengthen my core

Why I Started a Food Blog
I started the YouTube channel Go Keto Crazy, to teach people that food is the best medicine and that it’s possible to heal the body naturally. My reversal of chronic ailments and story is living proof!
I’m on a mission to transform my body, and my journey’s just begun. Which diet is best to achieve the results I want at each phase of my transformation? Is ketosis best long term? I don’t know, but I aim to find out.
Go Keto Crazy, will be an excellent resource for those that follow a Keto, Paleo, Plant-Based, Primal, SCD, GAPS, Whole30, or Gluten-Free lifestyle. I have a passion for food and refuse to feel deprived despite being limited in what I eat.
